I found a decent discount through Chicmi and, to my surprise, it applied smoothly at checkout. The savings were actually a bit better than I expected, so overall I’m pleased with the experience

I mostly use chicmi on the app, but I’ve hopped on the website too and it’s straightforward. It’s easy to find sales and events, and I really like that everything feels clean without being packed with too Much stuff.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the app can be a little slow to load every now and then, and the filters don’t always work exactly how I’d like. But overall it’s still super useful, and I end up checking it Often

The event info was accurate overall. Like, most of the details matched up fine, but one of the times was wrong, so that threw me off a bit. Not a huge mess, just something that could be cleaned up.

Everything felt clear from the start, no weird surprises or anything sneaky. I’d def use Chicmi again, it was just easy and felt legit.

I had a little issue with my order, nothing huge, but still annoying in that way where you start wondering if it’s going to turn into a whole thing. I messaged Chicmi not really expecting much, and then they actually got back to me really quickly. They sorted it out without making it complicated or asking a million questions, which I appreciated. It felt like there was a real person on the other end, not just some copy-paste reply. So yeah, happy with how it all went.

I ordered a dress from chicmi.com and went in with normal expectations, but the quality ended up being better than I thought it would be. The fabric feels soft and has a nice weight to it, not thin or cheap, and the stitching looks neat too.

I’ve worn it a couple of times already and washed it once, and it still looks basically new. The fit was true to size for me, which was a relief. Based on what I expected versus what I got, I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy again...

I was relieved to find my size here :) The size options were good, and I was able to get what I needed without any hassle!

The line was long and entry moved a bit slower than I expected, so I was kind of just standing there wondering how much longer it would take, but eventually I got in and it was fine

4 stars from me. I check chicmi every now and then, and most of the time the stuff I’m looking for is still in stock, which is a nice change compared to a lot of other sites. Some sizes do disappear quickly, which can be a bit annoying, but overall I’ve had a good experience.

I bought a designer bag through Chicmi it looked totally legit, tags, dust bag, everything was included. The only downside was the delivery... it took a bit longer than I expected. But in the end, the item was authentic, so I’m happy with it!

The only thing that bugged me was the lack of updates. Delivery took longer than I expected, and I kept checking the tracking myself thinking, hmm, did this move yet or am I just refreshing for no reason? It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it did make the whole thing feel a bit uncertain, so I’m not sure I’d rush to order again right away.

The return process was simple, and my refund came back quicker than I expected. I had been worried it might turn into some long, unnecessary hassle, but it was actually easy.

I am extremely disappointed as I have emailed the Chicmi team several times to post my sample sale event and no one replies to my emails.

I am not sure what is the reason and as this company promotes events daily , I find this strange.

I have taken all the correct steps to best communicate the event details and still no reply.

It’s like if they blocked my emails .

Not cool for a site and a company that promotes itself to have free and fair events posted to the public.

It seems like they select and choose who they post and mostly post paid advertisements?

If they need to be paid to post , they should just email and communicate and we will pay .
